The company is currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Coordinator to lead business-critical projects and support their senior leadership team.
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of key initiatives across quality, operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain teams. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure all projects are delivered on time and remain fully compliant with global regulatory standards. Additionally, this position provides high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team to empower the achievement of organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage business-critical projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
- Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans while monitoring KPIs to drive accountability.
- Ensure all project activities align with cGMP, TGA, and other global regulatory frameworks.
- Support initiatives to improve production workflows, documentation practices, and system implementations.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels, including providing reporting and decision-making support to executives.
- Draft professional correspondence and monitor key internal and external action items to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment is preferred.
- A strong understanding of GMP, FDA, EMA, or TGA compliance frameworks is highly valued.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smart sheet is required.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential for interacting with senior-level contacts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
